By booking or participating in any experience with Tru Luxe Coaches, the client and all passengers agree to the terms outlined on this page. Tru Luxe Coaches reserves the right to refuse service, terminate an experience, or assess additional charges if policies are violated. All bookings are subject to availability, vehicle assignment, and operational considerations.

All guests are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and follow all safety instructions provided by the chauffeur.


Standing while the vehicle is in motion, excessive intoxication, illegal substances, vandalism, smoking or vaping inside the vehicle, or any behavior deemed unsafe is strictly prohibited.

The chauffeur has full authority to terminate the experience immediately if safety or conduct standards are violated. In such cases:

• No refunds will be issued

• Cleaning or damage fees may apply

• Additional charges may be assessed for early termination


Refunds & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to minimum hour requirements and confirmation upon receipt of payment.


Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations more than 7 days prior to the scheduled experience may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable booking fee.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled experience are non-refundable.

• 

All bookings are subject to minimum hour requirements and confirmation upon receipt of payment.

• Client-requested route or itinerary changes



Lost & Found

Tru Luxe Coaches is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. Guests are encouraged to check the vehicle thoroughly at the conclusion of their experience.


Found items will be held for up to 14 days. Items not claimed within this period may be discarded or donated. Tru Luxe Coaches is not responsible for shipping costs or damage to returned items.

Failure to submit required payments by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Tru Luxe Coaches maintains a premium vehicle environment and expects all guests to treat the coach with care and respect.


A standard post-experience cleaning is included in the booking. However, excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional charges, including but not limited to:


• Vomit or bodily fluid cleanup

• Spills requiring deep

• Trash accumulation beyond normal use

• Smoke or odor remediation

• Exterior damage caused by passengers


Additional cleaning or damage fees may range from $250 to $1,500 depending on severity and will be charged to the card on file.

Tru Luxe Coaches shall not be liable for delays, disruptions, or service interruptions caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, acts of God, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.


Liability for any claim arising from the experience shall be limited to the amount paid for the booking.
